A “gold standard” study finds deleting Facebook is great for your mental health
A new study, which is being hailed as the most trustworthy scientific assessment of social media’s effects, suggests that quitting Facebook is unequivocally positive for one’s mental health. This is not the first time researchers have looked at the effect of Facebook and other social media platforms on human health.
