Charity: I went on a long Tweetstorm about this, ’cause I started thinking about it like, “This is so true, it is not the best, quote-unquote, engineers that make the best teams.” Jez: Individual variance is overwhelmed by team and organization-level effects, and–

Charity: We love to think in the West that it’s the individual, but we are the product of our environment and the things around us.
