Yellow is the combination of Red and Green, so it has has high R and high G, low B. Magenta combines Red and Blue, so it has high R and B, low G.

Tertiary colors in RGB lie in between the primary and secondary colors. Here with colors with Azure hue, R is low, G is the in middle, and B is high. The even numbers in the six-digit code are useful for subtle desaturated colors, like beiges and pastels.
