But the idea of a computational language is instead to take the kind of things we humans think about, and then have a way to express them computationally. We need a computational language to be able to talk not just about data types and data structures in a computer, but also about real things that exist in our world, as well as the intellectual frameworks we use to discuss them. And that’s where computational language is crucial: because it’s what allows us to translate our thinking to something that can be executed automatically by computation.
