Dear Client, Here’s Why That Change Took So Long
Because we’ve worked together for so long, our team happens to know which process sends the due/overdue task email and can point to the line of code in the new system that initiates the process. But if we look at the task code in the old system, there are at least 4 different ways to determine if a task is due. This review is another 15-30 minutes, possibly more if there are also multiple definitions of “task due” in the old system, etc.
