The Haarp Project Explained Simply

Over on YouTube Curious Droid has uploaded an interesting video that attempts to explain the purpose of the HAARP transmitter project. HAARP has also been a popular target of conspiracy theorists who believe that the transmitter must have some sort of sinister purpose. Curious Droid’s video explains the purpose and science behind HAARP elegantly, hopefully dispelling any conspiracy theories.
