Ask HN: Amazon delisted me – what do I do?

I run a popular photography product company (which was a Kickstarter project in 2014) [0] which gets a lot of love for its ability to help photographers take interesting images. I went to contact that customer [3] and saw that the seller in that instance wasn’t me, it was Adorama, a retailer who sells the product I created. I figured this was the sale that got my account flagged, so I responded trying to explain that I sell an OEM product so I wouldn’t sell anything used/broken[4].
