Logic Puzzle: The Joy of Recursion

In the classical version of this puzzle, which took place in a parallel universe with beings that were exactly like those described above, about half the legislators suddenly tendered their resignation en masse on one particular day. For instance, on the 35th day after the Truon leader’s visit, a legislator who previously had not had a long nose, suddenly developed one and became a patho, possibly because of long-standing political pressure. However, by the end of the day, the news cycle was dominated by the unprecedented mass resignation of a large number of legislators, similar to the one described above for the parallel universe.
