Digitally preview incoming USPS mail and packages

Informed Delivery allows users to interact with their incoming mail and packages in one convenient, online location. For items with USPS Tracking®, users will be able to view delivery status of packages, provide USPS Delivery Instructions™, manage their notifications, and schedule redelivery from the dashboard. If you are unable to verify your identity within your Informed Delivery account online, you may do so at specific USPS locations that provide Identity Verification Services.
