Penguin Random House Creates Reader Loyalty Program

Penguin Random House has begun a Reader Rewards Loyalty Program that will enable customers to earn points that will allow them to receive a free book. Under the program, readers who buy PRH books across print, electronic, and audio formats will be able to collect points for purchases made at online or physical stores. In addition to earning points, Reader Rewards members will receive personalized book recommendations based on PRH’s editorial expertise combined with its proprietary AI platform, via email and through the member’s PRH.com account dashboard.
