82% of vehicles sold this year came with a touch screen

The infotainment system in Tesla Inc. vehicles topped a Consumer Reports satisfaction survey, with owners rating it highly in audio, calling, and navigation functions, the organization said Wednesday. Owners gave the Tesla TSLA, +4.31%  system an 86% satisfaction rate, with BMW BMW, -0.13%   system coming in second with 80%, Consumer Reports said. Consumer Reports also created a separate “hands off phone” ratings to grade the systems that are better at keeping drivers from picking up their phones while driving.
